Trailer Equipment Inc. & Truck Wash

Predatory leasing- Stay far away. Continued to charge me for a trailer 6 months after it was totaled. Insurance obviously made them whole for the stated value but they continued the monthly charge the same as when I was using the trailer. Awful experience, would not recommend to anyone in good faith.

I definitely do not recommend this shop. I came in with an issue where our driver had accidentally damaged the trailer door. They charged 4.5 hours to weld 4 hinges, which already seemed ridiculous to me, but I assumed the work would be top-notch. After 1.5 hours, they called me and said the trailer was ready. I asked why they charged 4.5 hours when the work was done in 1.5 hours. The answer will amaze you: “You are paying for the professionalism of our mechanic.” Ridiculous!!!

The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and the prices were very reasonable. I'm so impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail. Purchased a used Dry Van in a great shape at an excellent deal. Every one has been very professional, courteous and helpful with great sense of urgency and everything was done in a most timely fashion with great efficiency. The service department did a really amazing job with the upgrades that I had asked for. They have the best customer service and most knowledgeable mechanics. I definitely recommend them for all your truck and trailer needs. I would most certainly do more business with them in very near future. I really appreciate all the hard work they have done.
